D98-L - Committee on Late Resolutions

BE IT RESOLVED: That a Committee on Late Resolutions of the House of Delegates be created to recommend whether resolutions submitted past the deadline for presentation are urgent enough to be debated before the House of Delegates; and

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That the Committee on Resolutions act as the Committee on Late Resolutions.
